He is a World Master's Athlete with three gold medals playing on the U.S. basketball team. The World Master’s Games are Olympics for athletes over 35 years old. They are held every four years and are triple the size of the Olympic Games. The next event will be held in New Zealand in 2017. He has been awarded the International Sales Training Leader of The Year in 2013 for his global work designing and re-designing existing sales training in order to significantly increase sales team performance. He has been recognized as The Trainer to the World’s Sale Trainers by Sales & Marketing Executives International.
Dan’s body of work can be found in The Ultimate Guide to Sales Training (Pfeiffer, 2012), a 600 page encyclopedia of best-practices for selling professionals. He is the designer of the global sales training program Sales Accelerators and The Ultimate Selling Skills Experience to re-create and improve existing sales training, for the world’s leading training organization Association for Talent Development (earlier called ASTD).
